Prof. Ma on being named a CIC Fellow!

We are thrilled to share that Prof. Dongling Ma,  has been recognized as a Fellow of the Chemical Institute of Canada (CIC) — one of the highest honours the Canadian chemistry community bestows.

The CIC Fellowship is a senior class of membership that acknowledges outstanding contributions to the chemical sciences, including scientific innovation, leadership, mentorship, service to the profession, and public impact.

Prof. Ma is internationally acclaimed for her pioneering work in materials chemistry, nanoscience, photocatalysis, and clean energy — with research that bridges fundamental science and real-world applications, from renewable energy to environmental solutions. Her leadership in research, mentorship, and service to the chemical community has earned her this distinguished recognition alongside a stellar group of national chemistry leaders.
