Francophonie International Mobility Grants
The CQMF actively promotes exchanges and collaborations within the international Francophone scientific community. The new International Mobility Grant aims to facilitate student mobility from low- and middle-income Francophone countries to Quebec for research internships at the QCAM. This program is inspired by the Mitacs Globalink Research Grant , from which it adopts certain principles and guidelines.
Eligibility criteria
- Be enrolled in a doctoral program at a higher education institution located in a State or government that is a full member of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF);
- Be enrolled in an institution located in a country classified as low-income, lower-middle-income or upper-middle-income, according to the most recent classification of the World Bank (The complete list of eligible countries is presented in the Annex, on p.7 in the program rules );
- Not having already benefited from this International Mobility Grant;
- Not having already received the Mitacs Globalink research grant.
How to submit?
- Please submit the required documents no later than November 1, 2026 .
- A cover letter
- A letter from the supervisor at the home institution
- A letter of support from the QCAM member responsible for the host laboratory
- An up-to-date curriculum vitae
- Transcript of grades (copies accepted)
