Fruits and vegetables to fight the coronavirus?

Can polyphenols extracted from fruits and vegetables protect our cells from SARS CoV2? To answer this question, Roger Gaudreault (QCAM associate member) and Theo Van de Ven (QCAM director, McGill University) join Normand Mousseau, project leader, in this study combining experiments and theory. They have received a NSERC Alliance-COVID19 grant.
