Prestigious prizes and fellowships awarded to QCAM members! Nathalie Tufenkji receives a Killam Fellowship for her project on the impacts of plastic pollution in northern climates; Bruce Lennox is awarded the Chemical Institute of Canada Montreal Medal for his outstanding contribution to the profession of chemistry or chemical engineering in Canada; Fiorenzo Vetrone carries off the CSC Keith Laidler Award, recognising outstanding early-career contributions to physical chemistry, for research carried out in Canada, by a scientist residing in Canada.
